Responsibilities

Learn & grow in tech management by supporting the Digital People Systems team.
Supports Moody’s People systems enhancements & system issues for Moody’s.
Support existing systems and processes.
Assist in project management and implementation planning.
Liaise with internal and external teams.
Participate in system enhancements and process improvements.

HR Information SystemsProject Management

Required

Pursuing a Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ideally one year ahead of graduation.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze system processes and identify areas for improvement.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to resolve system issues and incidents.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and provide support.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred

Technical Proficiency: Desire to learn more about HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc) preferred.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles desired.
