Responsibilities
Maintain and update company resources on Notion, including developing structured templates and automated workflows.
Assist with organizing and rolling out key digital resources such as the employee handbook, team directory, and automated time-off requests for remote access.
Work within Google Workspace and Notion to design and implement streamlined administrative processes.
Develop forms, automate approvals, and create centralized document storage, making key resources accessible and organized for remote employees.

Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools, especially Notion and Google Workspace.
