Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project management documentation.
Work with the web team to contribute to the overall digital strategy, establish objectives, work plans, and project timelines, and monitor and report progress to project owners.
Refine project workflows and tasks as needed, communicate project status and updates to all relevant stakeholders, and ensure consistency across contract deliverables.
Respond quickly to project challenges and problems, using timely and sound decision-making to address issues.
Develop and track project budgets, ensuring they meet project needs and goals.
Work collaboratively with all levels of staff, proactively share information with team members, and work across program partners/awardees to track project deliverables.
Research project management best practices and new industry standards, conduct thorough quality assurance testing of web deliverables before public release, and coordinate meeting scheduling for the web team.
Provide subject matter expertise and support to other project managers, lead digital web projects as assigned, and develop overarching program and project management standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Develop project management standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on analysis of all program and project requirements.
Review and evaluate project management documentation, progress, and budgets. Conduct analysis of project activities and performance, report findings to project owners, recommend corrective actions, and evaluate project cost and performance against metrics.
Act as a liaison with other agencies and organizations when necessary for project completion, coordinate, conduct, and participate in important off-site activities and discussions relevant to project management activities and goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications
Agile certification
