Responsibilities

Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on their digital marketing efforts

Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients

Proactively plan and execute client campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources for optimal performance

Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience

Prepare and present professional, detailed monthly reports

Lead regular client meetings and status calls

Collaborate closely with our SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams, facilitating direct communication when needed

Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewal
