Responsibilities

Works with Product Owners and Digital Transformation team to ensure healthy backlog management and prioritization

Manage the agile board and ensure that stories are up to date

Facilitate release planning with internal teams and external partners

Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies

Capture and track key metrics including capacity planning and delivery health

Monitor and track planning, completion, and implementation metrics

Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuous improvement

Act as a buffer between the engineering team and external distractions

Coach current team members in healthy agile practices and foster a culture of responsibility, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent.

2-5 years of working as a Scum Master.

Working experience in one of more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, Extreme Programming or Kanban.

Scrum Master certification or equivalent desired.

Skilled in verbal and written communication in order to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and partners.

Continuous improvement/ lean-agile mindset.

A complete understanding of the full web development lifecycle from prototyping to production ready.

Ability to understand functional and technical design documents.

Experience with ecommerce platform integration.

Should be able to deliver under minimal supervision and must demonstrate ability to communicate with the business effectively.
