Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Design and facilitate training programs to upskill associates in Citizen Development tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
Advocate for the adoption of a digital-first approach, promoting the use of Microsoft's Copilot and Power Platform to drive innovation and efficiency.
Support the governance of Citizen Development processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and policies.
Contribute to the Digital Transformation strategy by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance business operations, focusing on scalability and user experience.
Serve as a liaison between Investment Operations and ITG. Ensure Citizen Development efforts are well-supported and integrated with the broader technology landscape.
Monitor and report on the impact of Citizen Development initiatives, highlighting success stories and areas for further growth.

Required
Proven experience in business process improvement, solution design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Citizen Development concepts and Digital Transformation strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft's Copilot and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), as well as other relevant (low code, no code) automation tools.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire associates at all levels.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong partnerships across teams.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Preferred
Experience with Blue Prism, Appian, and other automation platforms.
