Responsibilities
Creates and maintains new direct bill contracts.
Produces vendor invoices.
Sends invoices to vendors for payment, posts payments, and researches for past due payments.
Ensures accuracy of contract rates into billing software systems.
Produces monthly invoicing of all direct bill contracts.
Reviews payment posting and credit balances of all accounts.
Recognizes outstanding balances over 90 days and promptly resolves.
Identifies and resolves issues from internal and external vendors
Communicates issues with the Revenue Cycle Management team.

Required
2 years of experience working in the medical billing field
Knowledge of EOBs, contracts, invoices and accounts receivables
Attention to detail
Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
Requires a high school education or equivalent
