Responsibilities
Lead all sales efforts in assigned territory
Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential and existing customers to identify opportunities and generate new business
Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring critical customer deadlines are met
Enter customer orders into Plex and arrange product shipping
Maintain consistent communication with broader sales team and report sales results to leadership
Work with leadership to establish market level pricing based on customer feedback and competitive intelligence
Facilitate rebate and incentive programs for dealers
Achieve sales and profitability targets
Develop strong understanding of applicable markets, customer segments and applications
Manage and maintain customer relationships, accounts, and pipeline of new opportunities
Follow quality system procedures

Required
Enthusiastic team player with a desire to succeed & produce meaningful results
Strong presentation and negotiation skills with analytical ability and high degree of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
2-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management, ideally in a related field
Work from home with occasional travel may be required to build face-to-face relationships with customers, approximately 4 to 6 times per year
Follow quality system procedures
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field
Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools
