Responsibilities
Performing outbound sales phone calls to current and potential clients
Educating potential clients regarding the benefits and requirements of our products
Manage qualified leads distributed by Sales Operations team
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and MS Teams
Use Salesforce database for leads and won/loss tracking needs

Required
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in professional environment.
A minimum of 2-4 years sales experience in sales.
Experience working in payroll services or the employee benefits industry.
Education and/or experience equivalent to minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Proven ability to close a sale.
Demonstrated effectiveness in making professional sales calls.
Demonstrated ability to use CRM software for lead management.
Relationship Management Skills: Influence, Change Management, Manage Conflict, Collaboration.
Excellent ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
