Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients, including Airbnb hosts, hotels, property managers, and office administrators.
Sales Outreach: Proactively contact prospects via email, phone, and in-person meetings to close sales.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Expansion: Act as a Cleanster ambassador to promote our services in your local area.

Required
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly B2B or service-based industries.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
Network Savvy: Familiarity with local markets, especially in the real estate, hospitality, or property management sectors.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools and platforms for lead tracking and communication.
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and conducting Training sessions
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
