Responsibilities
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals in Texas.
Proactively connect with businesses to understand their unique challenges and present tailored VLM solutions to address their needs.
Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Provided detailed presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of Modula’s technology.
Identify and pursue leads, leveraging personal outreach and professional networks to drive sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and refine strategies.
Ensure smooth implementation of solutions, working closely with technical teams to meet customer needs and provide ongoing support.

Required
5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial equipment.
Familiarity with VLM technology, warehousing, and inventory management systems.
Success in managing a sales territory, driving new business, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Willingness to travel extensively within Texas to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred
A Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
