Responsibilities

Keeping awareness of the IP calendar, performing all tasks needed to successfully analyze, convert, purchase, ship, deliver and invoice direct ship orders.

Determine and coordinate all actions needed for their accounts’ on time delivery.

Always maintain visibility and data integrity in systems, tracking's, and other tools.

Be the first point of contact and an expert on the Direct ship program.

Follow and enforce rules, guidelines, and manuals for the program.

Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, CE, IP, FPT, Procurement, IT.

Regularly report to management and Sales on their accounts’ status and updates.

Through regular and thorough analysis, proactively find disruptions and improvements needed, and coordinate their resolution.

Translate high volume data into clear & concise reporting.

Adapt to change happening as the program grows and due to the ever-changing needs of the business.

Create and develop strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
