Responsibilities
Create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our fintech sales motion
Design compensation plans and quotas based on the annual operating target and headcount plan
Lead a team of sales managers and representatives with established performance management
Forecast, manage team pipeline and report on team outcomes
Enable and coach the sales team on best practices and creative sales levers to close deals
Foster & build overall relationship with key customers to drive increased adoption of fintech modules
Go-to-resource for sales input on key strategic initiatives and projects
Use technical and business acumen to develop new strategies and align business drivers to ServiceTitan’s solutions
Proactively work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop coordinated view and consistent measurement of adoption of ServiceTitan
Track and measure business impact and report out to cross-functional stakeholders

Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Proven leadership: 8+ years experience in a SaaS and/or fintech environment/company with history of exceeding sales targets and leading teams
Demonstrated success managing managers achieving team quotas
Demonstrated success in achieving company quota targets
Experience in sales, service, or customer success-related role required including account planning, prospecting, running sales calls, and negotiating
Build relationships with customers and articulate the value of ServiceTitan offerings
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce/CRM
Creativity and ability to run with minimal direction in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
