Responsibilities
Drive company growth through collaboration with sales team and practice SME’s. Engage in all aspects of sales including opportunity identification, solution ideation, as well as quality proposal creation and presentation.
Foster strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to understand needs and identify further opportunities for client growth and to drive value within their organizations.
Oversee delivery of strategic programs and projects. Results measured in project profitability, account expansion and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Provide strategic thought leadership to develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance value to our clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights with internal teams and contribute to thought leadership content.
Develop and mentor team of consultants, project managers and architects. Challenge, champion and celebrate our People. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of consulting engagements. Cultivate highly functioning teams comprised of Perficient and client resources, the ability to effectively manage the engagement while recognizing and leveraging the expertise of the different resources and the importance of their contributions is critical.

Required
Demonstrable experience (typically 10+ years) in IT Project Leadership or IT Consulting.
Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams.
Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments and third-party integrations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruiting, people management and performance discussions.
10+ years of experience in defining solution architectures, leading clients in requirements workshops and acting as advisor to senior leadership at clients, with a focus on commercial Adobe Commerce solutions.
