Responsibilities
Define and deliver leading indicating sales metrics, key performance indicators and other analytics to internal stakeholders in coordination with the business intelligence team
Lead a weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence for the AMS along with the AMS Sales Leader. This includes all lead to order processes leading with forecasting and pipeline management.
Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage, pipeline created, identify weaknesses in the sales process for pipeline progression and help create an action plan to maximize conversion/progression of pipeline
Lead Operational planning for the AMS Sales organization including local & geo Go-to-market strategies, quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning in alignment with the annual operating plan and long-range plan.
Driving business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives.

Required
10+ years related work experience required
College degree
Proficiency in SFDC, Microsoft Office, and Google suite
Experience with customer service orientation, analytics and problem-solving
Preferred
MBA and can substitute for experience
Software/SaaS Industry experience
