Responsibilities

Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs, support development of technology/automation and software solutions, and manage projects for the Operations network.

Manage the CAPEX budget and implementation of CAPEX investments across Operations. Align with other teams such as IT and Product Management teams

Lead a team of automation, software and controls engineers, assign and prioritize work, provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development for all members of the team.

Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to scope, prioritize, and launch the new projects and ensure the appropriate resources are in place to support each new engagement.

Work with equipment vendors, suppliers, and company partners to procure and integrate the necessary MHE equipment into the automation system

Design Fulfillment Centers and corresponding Processing and Storage solutions that meet needs.

Required

Knowledge in current fulfillment MHE automation.

10+ years experience with ownership of P&L or customer-facing/revenue generating responsibilities.

5+ years experience implementing automation projects in a related field (distribution or ecommerce fulfillment).

Experience in Supply Chain Management Systems (WMS and WCS), Technology Product Management, Project Management, Transportation, Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations, Capital Projects or P&L.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering), or related experience and technical disciplines is required.
