Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of our global benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefits programs.

Oversee leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws such as FMLA, ADA, and state-specific regulations.

Oversee relationships with benefits vendors, including negotiation and contract management, ensuring high service levels.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Analyze program costs and utilization trends, recommending optimizations to maintain value and employee satisfaction.

Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefits, leaves, accommodations, and wellness programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of programs using employee feedback and market data to drive continuous improvements.

Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to integrate benefits and leave policies with total rewards initiatives.

Provide benefits expertise during mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transitions to ensure seamless integration.
