Responsibilities

Lead the development of a robust analytics framework to measure brand health, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
Leverage data to uncover key insights about consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive performance to inform brand strategies.
Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems that assess the effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Business Strategy, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, and Finance to align data strategies with business goals.
Oversee the use of tools such as predictive modeling, A/B testing, attribution analysis, and other analytical methods to enhance decision-making in media investments and optimization.
Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data-driven excellence.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to influence strategy and drive results.
Identify and implement the latest analytics tools, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and data quality.
Recruits, develops, and sustains a high-performing team while promoting a culture of shared accountability, operational excellence, and partnership across the organization.

This role is expected to work closely with peer group of Directors and lead a team of individual contributors. The individual should have executive presence and large group presentation skills as this role is expected to have visibility across the enterprise and to Sr. Executives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
8-10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on brand measurement.
Expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong statistical analysis skills and familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, or R.
Experience in brand marketing analytics across consumer goods, retail, tech, or related industries.
Proven ability to lead and inspire analytics teams, drive collaboration, and deliver measurable business impact and working collaboratively with cross functional peers.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences as well as strong presentation skills.
