Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends to increase market share, brand recognition and consumer engagement.
Define portfolio architecture, consumer target and brand positioning ensuring consistent look, tone and messaging across all channels to drive brand distinction and relevance.
Plan and execute best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns that include broadcast, digital, social, influencer, partnership and loyalty marketing.
Effectively lead the commercialization of new products, partnerships, flavors, formats and channel opportunities informed by data and insights.
Work with consumer insights team to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Establish KPIs, track brand performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness to drive household penetration growth and positive ROI.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely and ensuring cost-efficiency to balance top and bottom-line performance.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, supporting product launches and sales initiatives.
Identify opportunities to test, learn and optimize to evolve at the pace of culture to drive brand growth, relevance and performance.
Mentor, motivate and guide the professional development of a high performing marketing team.

Required
Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies; brand-side experience required
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis
Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Depth of experience in CPG and the retail environment with proven success in collaborating with sales to expand distribution, product portfolio and relationships with key customers
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (POS, panel data, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.)
