Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to secure consulting engagements ranging from $200K to $1M+ with institutional investors (private equity & venture capital) within our four main service areas (refer to: https://synergymg.com/).
Leverage your existing network and relationships within the private equity industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with our executive team to create and implement strategic plans for client engagement and revenue generation.
Successfully close new client engagements through effective lead generation, proposal development, negotiation support, and client relationship management.
Client relationship management and senior-level client engagement supervision.
Utilize your deep understanding of the private equity landscape to provide valuable solutions and insights to clients.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience within the management consulting and private equity industry at top-tier or boutique firms (e.g., McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Blackstone, KKR, Carlyle, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Accel, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley).
Extensive network and relationships within the institutional investor ecosystem, particularly in the private equity and venture capital sectors.
Proven track record of identifying and closing $200K-$1M+ consulting engagements with institutional investors.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful client engagements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
