Responsibilities

Partner with executives to vet and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions

Conduct strategic outreach to potential partners, building strong business relationships for the Company and effectively communicating the R92M mission

Develop protocols to track and evaluate new markets

Conduct competitive analysis and report to executives with recommendations to support strategic decisions on the road to profitability

Manage investor outreach and fundraising projects

Attend investor conferences and develop IR materials

Manage IR logistics and press interactions

Partner cross-functionally on corporate communications, both internal (employee) and external (strategic)

Support building brand presence

Partner with Marketing on media relations

Other duties as assigned
