Responsibilities
Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities, developing projects that address key organizational needs (or assist in achieving company goals)
Develop and deliver advocacy materials, including presentations, data analyses, and talking points, to support strategic initiatives.
Play the role of key advocate for innovative solutions, grounded in automation and related technology
Ensure the successful execution of project deliveries by building (where applicable), managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead projects from initial discovery through to full rollout, stabilization, and ongoing support, employing agile methodologies to enhance project adaptability and responsiveness.
Manage collaborative cross function efforts
Oversee and ensure the functionality of processes and reports, implementing enhancements and refinements as necessary to maintain alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with teams to identify critical process improvements, ensuring they are executed effectively during stabilization phases.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational success. Monitor and report on operational performance, making adjustments as necessary.
On-Going evaluation of existing processes
Act as a strategic advisor for internal projects, providing insights and recommendations for change requests.
Lead change management efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning project objectives with business strategy.

Required
5-8 years of operations management experience (experience in in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus)
Knowledge/exposure to the following practices are a major plus - Resource/Capacity Management, Project Management, HR and Finance Operations
Proven track record developing and implementing operational processes
Proficiency in project management and operational software tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Apps, etc.)
Experience developing automation and utilizing Ai technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (applicable at all levels)
