Required

You have a track record of leading high-performing teams with strong followership.

You have deep experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of top-priority commercial agreements.

You have provided legal support for sales organizations at scale.

You work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

You have a proven ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.

You love to cheer for your teammates and your team.

You foster empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect in your practice, and you default toward assuming good intentions about others.

You are curious, humble (no task is too big or too small), and—through it all—don’t take yourself too seriously.

You are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment and have prioritized participating in DEI initiatives in past roles.

You have a J.D. and are admitted to any US state bar.

You have 12+ years legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including management experience and 5+ years in an in-house legal department.
