Responsibilities
Own and develop the company's core financial model and planning processes, partnering closely with CFO
Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
Manage comprehensive planning calendar
Lead the implementation and maintenance of FP&A planning tool to scale financial processes
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
Partner with executive team to establish and monitor financial targets
Provide data-driven insights to shape company strategy and investment decisions
Translate complex financial analyses into clear recommendations for executive decision-making
Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year; identify trends and variances
Track and report on company OKRs and key financial targets
Support investor relations activities and quarterly reporting requirements
Design and implement company-wide performance metrics and KPIs
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with the executive team
Manage one Business Partner on the Corporate FP&A team
Establish scalable processes and systems for financial planning and reporting
Drive automation initiatives to streamline FP&A processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency of financial processes
Support CFO in developing team capabilities
Set team goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Required
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments at an enterprise SaaS startup and prior experience in investment banking or private equity. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
12+ years of progressive responsibility with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and financial performance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and urgent demands in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, Netsuite, Tableau, and planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks in a start-up environment.
