Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
Define data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Lead initiatives to identify and incorporate new data sources that drive strategic growth and uncover new opportunities.
Establish best practices for data management, acquisition, and utilization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure access to data for driving key performance metrics and informed decision-making.
Support data-driven marketing strategies and growth initiatives through innovative analysis.
Design and oversee efficient Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of data management systems, data warehouses, and analytics tools.
Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
Ensure data infrastructure scalability, reliability, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Build and lead a high-performing data team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Work closely with executives and department leaders to align data initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure key projects are resourced effectively to meet organizational goals.
Present complex data insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with external partners and industry experts to leverage data for competitive advantage.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading data teams.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, governance frameworks, and privacy regulations.
Expertise in data tools and platforms such as Databricks, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Synapse, and other Azure-based solutions.
Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of technology and data’s role in organizational success.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
