Responsibilities
Email Marketing: Develop and oversee email marketing strategies, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and automation that drive engagement and conversion.
Martech Automations & Systems: Manage and optimize the martech stack, integrating tools for seamless workflows and improving efficiency across the marketing function.
Campaign Reporting & Tracking: Design and implement a robust reporting and analytics framework, tracking digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Social Media Strategy & Paid Campaigns: Lead organic and paid social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn to build thought leadership and optimize reach. Oversee ROI and reporting to enhance campaign performance.
ABM Platform Ownership: Own and manage the ABM platform, using data intent insights to prioritize accounts with high potential for conversion and align closely with sales.
Data Insights & Account Prioritization: Leverage data insights and intent signals to identify buying behavior, prioritize target accounts, and support sales in targeting high-probability opportunities.
Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives. Mentor and develop team members within the digital marketing function. Ensure that metrics are achieved.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in B2B marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in B2B digital marketing, focusing on ABM, email marketing, martech, campaign reporting, and targeting enterprise buyers on LinkedIn and X.
Operationally-oriented innovator with proven expertise with managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks, specifically Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Skilled in ABM and storytelling, translating intent data into effective outreach strategies and tactics.
Deep understanding of social media practices, headlines, notifications, and how to best deploy social media for optimal deployment and engagement.
Proficient in audience engagement, identifying high-potential customer segments and adapting messages for different buying centers within target accounts.
Strong adaptability and inclination for experimentation to meet evolving business needs.
Excellent collaboration and presentation skills with business savvy and skill to identify and present executive-level insights.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making with a focus on KPIs and business results.
