Responsibilities

Lead Box’s Enterprise Risk Program

Investigate, scope and solve complex issues effectively.

Clearly articulate and quantify risk and their impact to the business in a manner that drives effective and timely decision making

Work cross-functionally both across Box to clearly establish metrics and frameworks for driving effective Risk Management

Brief Box Executive Management and our Audit Committee on Risk

Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for Risk Management.

Lead and conduct Enterprise Risk Assessments, Fraud Risk Assessments and other related Risk Assessment activities

Own Box’s Risk Register

Required

Extensive Experience (10+) years in Cyber and Operational Risk Management preferably in the Technology sector

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately and succinctly to diverse audiences, both orally and written

A history of building strong relationships, credibility and partnerships

Track record of managing, developing and empowering teams
