Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of distribution strategies for the European market, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market needs.
Distributor Relationship Management: Lead and nurture relationships with key European distribution partners, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance to achieve growth targets.
Pricing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective pricing strategies that ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Ensure all distribution practices adhere to European regulatory and industry standards for biotech products.
Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, regularly evaluate distributor success, analyze market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to synchronize efforts and drive market impact.
Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to the distribution team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Training and Enablement: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to distributors to ensure product expertise and alignment with Bio X Cell’s strategic goals.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets related to distribution activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and monitoring financial performance.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience in the European market.
Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies and managing high-value distributor relationships.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in logistics and pricing software tools, with a strategic mindset and an eye for operational efficiency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong partnerships.
