Responsibilities

Manage a high activity team of 7 global event delegate and member account sales and service representatives.
Own a key account territory of 100 marquee member companies and drive revenue growth across them as an individual contributor leading these key members.
Lead a high touch event delegate and member engagement model assuring trust relationships are established across the Top 700 current member companies.
Manage all in-bound marketing leads for event attendee and preferred subscription membership sales.
Lead sales discussions and closing across all prospect teams in SAP COE, platform technology, application development, IT Operations, cloud, cybersecurity, data, analytics, GRC, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas for delegate ticket sales and preferred membership sales.
Follow up on eCommerce registrations for Event Attendees to expand group sales within the company.
Conduct prospecting across all prior event and summit attendees converting them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and manage all contact history for every prospect in SFDC.

Required

Direct experience in leading delegate and membership sales teams.
High activity delegate sales performance & experience.
Passion for working with IT and Business professionals on their educational needs associated to using enterprise software and technology solutions.
Commitment to achieving monthly sales goals.
Team building and training skills.
Experience with building sales processes and scripting.
Account prospecting experience.
Cold calling and email marketing skills.
Proven experience in selling event tickets to IT and Business professionals.
Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel to all global events.
Strong experience working within a CRM environment with a preference to SFDC experience.
