Responsibilities

Partner with ICO, Alliance and Cross-Functional Counterparts (e.g., Medical, HEOR, and Access) to ensure markets are optimally prepared for the peri- and post LOE period and prioritization of efforts. Ensure learnings from generic riva entry are applied. Support US LOE planning (generic entry expected in 2028).
Finalize planning for potential authorized generics launch in Alliance or Solo Markets and secure all relevant leadership approvals.
Lead efforts to assess optimal post LOE operating model, including re-assessing royalty rates for Solo Markets to allow for continued profitability in the post LOE period. Coordinate with all XFT partners to ensure alignment and strong narrative.
Support smooth commercial launch of new pediatric formulations in Germany, France and the US and 3rd party distributor approach for other required countries. Align with BMS on final supply plan and pricing structure.
Align with medical on any relevant real world or investigator led studies that could benefit markets and ensure timely communication through ICO.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of latest litigation developments and serve as key point of contact for the XFT. Support development of readiness plans for generic entry at risk.
Provide the commercial POV for any unexpected supply, pricing/access or Alliance management questions.
As an individual contributor, manage all aspects of asset within the Franchise/portfolio. Responsible for strategic Lifecycle of flagship brand.
Maintain strong working relationships with our alliance partner BMS, including representing Pfizer at relevant governance meetings (eg, Joint Commercial Committee, Joint Executive Committee).
Contribute to ICO growth plans, access and pricing planning, development of evergreen creative and tactics.
Present to alliance governance to facilitate endorsement of key brand recommendations.
Work closely with colleagues in departments including Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Market Analytics, Outcomes Research and Legal.
Adhere to all Pfizer Standard Operating Principles while executing business strategy.

Required

10+ years Pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience.
Bachelors degree required
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Ability to quickly assume responsibility in complex, fast paced environment.
Strong influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities are a must.
Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level; results-oriented.
Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
