Responsibilities

Hire, train, and support Sales Account Executives within the Hotel & Resort Sales vertical.
Lead and manage the team to exceed individual sales quotas for bookings and revenue.
Be involved in all stages of the sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, value proposition development, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closing.
Ensure team members meet sales activity objectives and effectively progress prospects through the sales pipeline.
Ensure timely and accurate CRM sales reporting and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Communicate marketing strategies and product features to the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
Build relationships with partners who offer complementary products to the Hotel & Resort industry to create collaborative sales strategies and tactics that drive new revenue.
Share insights on industry trends, successful deals, sales techniques and implement best practices across the sales organization.
Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, to position Toast effectively in the market.

Required

Proven experience in SaaS, Hotel & Resort Industry Technology, and managing Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.
10+ years of successful technology or professional services sales leadership experience, ideally at the C-level.
Demonstrated expertise in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
Proficiency with the MEDDPICC sales methodology, sales reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
