Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and support.
Manage technology expenses ensuring costs are optimized and stay within budget.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop and maintain metrics program, providing regular reports and updates on the effectiveness of the functions.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
Manage the organization's cloud and on-premise data centers, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization's databases, ensuring they are performant, available, and secure.
Implement and manage automated pipelines to ensure that code changes are continuously integrated, tested, and deployed without manual intervention.
Set up and manage monitoring tools to track the performance and health of applications. Implement logging solutions to capture and analyze log data for troubleshooting and optimization.
Integrate security practices into the DevOps process (DevSecOps), ensuring that security is considered at every stage of the software development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and automate the configuration of servers, applications, and other resources to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
Automate repetitive and manual tasks to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and allow teams to focus on higher-value activities.
Plan for and implement scalable infrastructure to accommodate growth in user demand and application usage.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data and applications can be restored in case of failures.
Responsible for desktop support functions for all employees and contract employees.
Develop and maintain the organization's information security strategy, policies, and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and industry best practices.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOC, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR, and maintain a strong understanding of emerging regulations and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain the organization's security awareness training program, ensuring that all employees and contractors receive regular training and education on security best practices and policies.
Develop and maintain the organization's quality assurance processes, ensuring that all systems and applications are tested and validated prior to deployment.
Provide oversight and direction of the quality assurance roadmap to achieve more automation and higher quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high quality delivery of products.
Lead and manage scrum masters.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; related experience will be considered.
10+ years of experience in infrastructure and security management, including experience with cloud and on-premise data centers, database administration, quality assurance, and cyber security.
Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies and tools, including but not limited to: virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), anti-virus/malware, and identity and access management (IAM).
Experience managing infrastructure and security operations in a large enterprise environment, including experience with compliance and regulatory requirements such as SOC, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of infrastructure and security professionals.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, and/or PMP are preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft server.
Experience with Microsoft SIEM or equivalent is a plus.
