Responsibilities
Assist in the development of regular investor communications, including earnings releases, conference call scripts, Q&A and investor presentations
Collaborate with Finance and Legal on SEC filings and other matters as needed
Interact regularly with team VP and Director, as well as Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing & Sales, Legal and senior executives to contribute to crafting a cohesive narrative to the investment community
Compile and analyze data to assist senior executives communicate effectively with analysts, investors, shareholders, and prospective M&A partners
Monitor, understand and communicate the performance of major peers and customers, and conduct relevant comparison analysis
Maintain corporate Investor Relations website, working closely with vendor(s)
Collect and analyze internal business unit performance and conduct peer company comparisons
Monitor current market intelligence and convey important industry and macroeconomic developments, and news items to the team
Attend earnings prep meetings, as well as buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as requested for the purpose of capturing thorough notes and managing follow ups
Prepare weekly and quarterly packages with relevant information and analysis for the CEO
Prepare presentation materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, and the Board’s annual strategy meeting
Keep apprised of important policy changes that might impact existing investment strategies or create new opportunities for investments
Helps develop, manage, and analyze corporate development through M&A, divestitures, and/or strategic alliances
Perform the research, evaluation, analysis, and deal process on strategic acquisitions and/or divestitures
Provide analytical support for the strategic assessment of current and potential new business line.
Create and maintain financial models for various analysis, including forecasting and scenario planning
Assist business units when needed on large, complex, and sophisticated projects

Required
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics
10+ years of experience
Strong financial modeling and analysis skills necessary
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as soft skills to collaborate with senior executives and multi-functional/multi-cultural teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain deadlines
Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Understanding of financial statements
Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful team player and individual contributor
