Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance to Sourcing & Legal teams, ensuring processes and systems are aligned for company growth toward $10B in revenue.

Optimize the end-to-end Inquiry to Procure process and drive enterprise-grade systems for Legal operations.

Represent the voice of internal users to deliver a world-class user experience.

Lead large-scale business process changes to simplify user experience and increase throughput for Sourcing and Legal teams.

Define data management and reporting solutions (purchasing, travel, expense, contracts, disbursements), develop personas, and refine the 2-year roadmap into actionable Epics and Features.

Required

7+ years of experience running and implementing Business Applications at a publicly traded company

Operational experience with a large-scale Coupa implementation

Implementation experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools

Preferred

Certifications in Coupa, ServiceNow

Implementation or Operational experience with ServiceNow

Experience with: NetSuite, AppZen, Navan, Snowflake, Tableau
