Responsibilities
Refine the impact measurement strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Establish a measurement, learning, and improvement cycle.
Develop a venture-friendly data collection process.
Identify new data requirements based on impact and learning objectives.
Ensure ongoing data collection from both ventures and internal teams.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and facilitate data-driven storytelling.
Collaborate with teams to incorporate impact data into decision-making processes.
Create an internal learning strategy that outlines key learning objectives and methods.
Define requirements for sourcing and utilizing information effectively.
Synthesize and analyze data, making recommendations for actionable initiatives across functions.
Document lessons and project best practices, offering recommendations for current and future practices.
Over time, lead the implementation of an internal knowledge management solution.
Contribute to the Leadership Team by executing the strategy and advancing DEIB efforts.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize cross-departmental data and system needs.
Oversee 1-2 individuals responsible for data systems management, particularly Salesforce and its integrations.
Strategically prioritize the team's work to align with organizational needs.
Facilitate the execution of requirements into functional systems and processes.
Foster data analysis skills across the organization.

Required
8+ years of relevant experience in the social impact sector.
Familiarity with implementing strategic learning and knowledge management systems.
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on data-driven storytelling.
High proficiency in Google Suite/Workspace, Salesforce, and related technology systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and processes effectively.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Extensive background in developing and managing frameworks for impact measurement and data collection within global organizations.
Proven experience in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform organizational insights.
