Responsibilities
Craft comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals, industry trends, and business objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities and features, guiding clients on how to leverage it for maximum value and impact.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation across paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to recommend actionable insights.
Lead the planning, execution, and management of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Recommend optimizations to client campaigns using performance data to improve ROI, reach, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and implementation across all marketing platforms.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Regularly monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.
Create and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Act as a strategic partner by offering consultative advice and proactively addressing business challenges.
Manage expectations and communicate effectively to align internal and external teams.
Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure alignment with client goals and seamless execution of campaigns.
Explain complex marketing strategies and technical concepts in a clear and simple manner, tailored to the audience’s level of understanding.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deliverables within deadlines and scope.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

Required
5+ years in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in strategy, campaign management, and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (certifications in digital marketing are a plus).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, social platforms, ad management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and project management software (e.g., ClickUp).
Strong ability to interpret data, create actionable insights, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Pharmaceutical experience a plus.
Media agency experience a plus.
