Responsibilities
Develop and execute the North America marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across B2B and B2C segments.
Oversee and align with the sales development team to optimize lead qualification, nurture strategies, and conversion to pipeline.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, event, ABM, and partner channels to maximize impact and ROI.
Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing contributes effectively to revenue targets and pipeline goals.
Amplify Contentstack's presence in North America by positioning the company as the leading choice for modern digital experience solutions.
Work cross-functionally with global marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and share best practices.
Measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers and collaborate with external agencies and contractors as needed.
Some travel may be required.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
10-16 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving demand generation, ABM strategies, and pipeline growth in North America.
Experience working closely with sales teams, ideally managing or supporting sales development teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and grow talent.
Exceptional ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with campaign execution.
Deep understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing and sales platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM tools.

Experience in SaaS, martech, or related industries
