Responsibilities

Serve as an extension of the EVP, providing thought partnership and tactical support on key initiatives.
Translate EVP’s strategic goals into actionable plans for markets and cross-functional teams.
Identify challenges or roadblocks across markets and propose proactive solutions.
Monitor progress on high-priority initiatives, providing updates to the EVP and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Represent the EVP in project discussions, summarizing takeaways and driving follow-ups.
Support the implementation and execution of operational frameworks (e.g., branch visit reports, Market Performance Reviews, Quarterly Regional Business Reviews).
Standardize processes and tools across all markets to ensure consistency and scalability.
Assist in identifying and deploying best practices across regions to enhance performance, reduce inefficiencies, and improve client service delivery.
Track action items from EVP-led market visits and leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
Serve as a liaison between market operations, corporate departments (HR, IT, Finance), and other stakeholders to align priorities and resolve challenges.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure the EVP’s goals and initiatives are understood, prioritized, and executed.
Lead follow-up efforts after leadership meetings or strategy sessions, driving accountability and clarity for next steps.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics, including service delivery, client retention, and labor efficiency.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the EVP to enhance decision-making and market operations performance.
Create frameworks, playbooks, and templates to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support market leaders.
Develop tools for branch visit reporting, action item tracking, and performance management to enable consistent execution.
Partner with training and development teams to implement leadership and operations-focused training programs.
Drive change management efforts for the EVP’s initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth adoption of new processes across markets.
Prepare internal communications, presentations, and updates for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on operational priorities and outcomes.
Act as a point of clarity for regional leaders, ensuring they understand goals, timelines, and resource availability.
Support the EVP in planning and executing key events such as Revenue Kickoffs, Market Leadership Meetings, Awards & Recognition, and Quarterly Regional Reviews.
Manage logistics, agendas, and follow-up tracking for meetings, ensuring efficiency and clear outcomes.
Work alongside the EVP to craft meeting messaging that motivates, informs, and empowers regional and market leaders.

Required

7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or enablement roles within distributed or multi-site organizations.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
Exceptional ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams, markets, and corporate functions.
Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and communications.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred

Experience in change management and process improvement is a strong plus.
