Responsibilities
Design, lead and facilitate organizational effectiveness through organizational design, employee engagement and managing large-scale change initiatives
Develop an approach to measure, collect, analyze, interpret and summarize organizational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
Start with data and external benchmarking to design plans, influence senior leaders and model data decision-making
Manage multiple projects at once while overseeing team members’ efforts
Facilitate education and coaching, both within your team and across the organization, to create greater effectiveness and efficiency
Lead, coach and provide performance feedback to team members to ensure team skills and expectations are met

Required
8 years of HR, strategy, change management, industrial organizational psychology, or management consulting.
5 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with organizational effectiveness and change methodologies, including applying frameworks and best practices.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
7 years of experience managing and leading strategic initiatives within a complex organization.
3 years of organizational design experience or workforce planning experience.
Ability to adapt to changes and continuously improve processes based on learnings and feedback.
Ability to align HR and organizational strategies with business objectives.
Orgvue, Workday, or similar HR systems acumen.
