Responsibilities

Drive strategic paid social media campaigns within the team as well as help develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.

Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns. Making adjustments as needed, depending on business needs.

Act as a subject matter expert in existing and emerging social media trends, specifically as it relates to advertising and promotional content

Oversee the pitching, creation, and activation of all Men in Blazers Media Network paid social media campaigns

Stay up to date on social media trends in and around the sport of soccer, to best position our marketing campaigns.

Help develop efficient sales packages through Social channels and YouTube, and any other form of media in the Men in Blazers Media Network

Assist cross functional teams, such as the sales & partnership teams, in compiling & analyzing data and KPIs to form new, creative, strategies
