Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and execute the pre-, peri-, and post-launch patient engagement and advocacy strategy
Assess patient engagement needs develop, and execute programs internally or through external vendors, to address those needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including clinical development, clinical operations, medical affairs, market access, and commercial, to integrate relevant patient engagement measures into clinical studies and commercialization plans
Engage effectively with patient groups, clinical experts, and payers to evaluate and address knowledge gaps regarding ivonescimab and its potential uses, understand the burden of diseases potentially treated by ivonescimab, and identify opportunities for collaboration on patient education and involvement in ivonescimab clinical studies.
Lead the development of data dissemination plans and communicate complex clinical scientific content, including clinical trials result, in a manner suitable for patients
Stay updated with advancements in patient engagement methodologies and best practices, particularly in solid tumors related oncology
All other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social work, nursing, pharmacy); Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in patient advocacy, engagement, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient engagement strategies
In-depth understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape, including regulatory requirements
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Domestic and international travel required, expected to be 10-20% of the time and as needed
Proficient user of the standard MS Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel); experience with electronic document management systems and document review tools is desirable.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Critical thinking and high problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and achieve success with little oversight or guidance
Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage time-sensitive and highly confidential documents
Communicate effectively and articulate complex ideas in an easily understandable way
