Responsibilities
Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive product-led growth strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through our product offerings – notably TheraNest, WebABA, and Fusion.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of product-led growth initiatives.
Performance metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product-led growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Map and understand the end-to-end customer acquisition process, from initial contact through free trial through contracting and on-boarding, in order to understand the gaps in the process and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Product vision and roadmap: Contribute to the product roadmap by defining product and service requirements necessary to drive PLG-led growth.
Customer insights and feedback: Leverage customer insights, feedback, and data analytics to inform product development and enhance the user experience.
Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the behavioral healthcare SaaS market.
Customer advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development and decision-making.

Required
8+ years of experience in product management or marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving product-led growth in a SaaS environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with strong team-building and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward a common goal even without direct-line reporting responsibility.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Proficient in data analysis and leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and growth strategies. Comfortable manipulating data in Excel and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
Preferred
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
