Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, set goals, and measure performance of the team.

Partner with sales leadership and customers to design, create, and present business solutions to increase customer revenue growth.

Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader (conferences, forums, seminars)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with customer expectations, acting as an escalation point for technical issues.

Give feedback on behalf of the customer to the product team for development or enhancements.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering

5+ years experience managing and directing a team

Experience selling network security technologies (SDWAN, routing and switching, HTTP and web related technologies, proxies, caches, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPN's)

Preferred

Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies
