Responsibilities
Growing the Professional Services business in the Americas region
Inspire and lead a sales team to success
Understand and communicate the value of OpenText services to our customers
Growing a services business by aligning and driving the growth strategy and operations of the business
Developing strategies to achieve and surpass company goals
Ensuring that the Professional Services offerings are in alignment with customer and company needs
Building trusted relationships with our clients
Ensuring an outstanding client experience with OpenText and the Professional Services team
Building, developing and retaining a team of engaged, high performing professionals that deliver amazing results
Mobilizing the skills and expertise of the business for the benefit of our customers
Leading and coaching your team to exceed revenue and bookings objectives
Closing both new and recurring business
Other related duties as assigned

Required
Proven collaborator and with the ability to work with all levels and departments within an organization
Able to hire, engage and motivate great talent
You have successfully built and led services teams, and have a track record of success in sustaining, maintaining and building revenue streams
You deliver customer engagements, through your teams, like you would expect to receive it - with excellence
Must be willing to travel regionally and globally as required
Experience with the Enterprise Information Management solutions
Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. You know how to have real business conversations with leaders
Understand the numbers of your business clearly and knows what to drive to achieve success
You have a track record of growing Professional Services businesses focused on Enterprise-class clients
You have the experience, to understand, ideate and create new routes to existing and new markets by providing thought leadership in the realm of Opentext Solutions and Services
You know how to lead and coach your team to exceed revenue and bookings objectives, closing both new and recurring business
Building trusted relationships with our clients and ensuring an outstanding client experience with OpenText and the Professional Services team
Building, developing and retaining a team of engaged, high performing professionals that deliver amazing results
Be part of the OpenText team, mobilizing the skills and expertise of the business for the benefit of our customers
Be a key member of the Americas Leadership Team for Professional Services, developing strategies to achieve and surpass company goals
Ensure that the Professional Services offerings are in alignment with customer and company needs
Other related duties as assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
