Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with Unilever standards and relevant global regulatory requirements.

Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all products meet K18's quality benchmarks and customer expectations.

Implement and manage quality control processes to monitor and assess product quality from raw materials through to finished goods.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.)

Lead investigations into product quality issues or non-conformance implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

Evaluate and optimize operational workflows and manufacturing processes to improve product quality, reduce costs, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

Responsible for driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality standards.

Collaborate with R&D and Supply chain teams to design and implement robust production processes that support product innovation.

Lead promo sets development and support ongoing packaging changes and improvement (Engineering change orders: ECO)

Work closely with supply chain, product development, and marketing teams to ensure quality and process standards alignment.

Partner with Data Science team to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for improvement.

Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
