Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive payment network for our co-pay solutions along with creating a support model that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances overall business and financial performance.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the relevant infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processing, co-pay and cash management solutions, including fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and data security.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment processing and network efficiency; use data to drive improvements and optimize operations. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Lead and manage a team to support – RedSail Advantage Co-Pay Solutions including Payment Network, RedSail Advantage RxCash+, Other RedSail Advantage programs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies; leverage insights to drive product development and improve service offerings.
Work closely with commercialization, customer service, product and finance teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for RedSail pharmacies.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders regarding payment network performance, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions

Preferred

MBA
Strong understanding of payment, co-pay solutions and pharmacy operations
Proven track record of managing large-scale networks
