Responsibilities
Has a continuous and consistent presence in all areas of operations and SG&A support functions to provide support, review processes, provide feedback and identify areas of opportunity.
Maintains knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices ensuring high productivity and proficiency standards are met.
Demonstrated ability to manage the day to day operations of multiple initiatives to include but not limited to: financial performance, client assessments, and workforce management
Ensures that appropriate documentation and education materials are used in all departments that you are responsible for and identifies any educational needs and communicates to the appropriate leader for development.
Works collaboratively with departments to understand impact of operations and workflows on Revenue Cycle and financial performance
Has a working knowledge of revenue cycle projects and performance metrics, how they relate to best practice and industry standard benchmarks and the operational changes necessary to ensure top tier performance.
Hosts routine calls with revenue cycle leadership and ensures open communication to discuss financial results, assessment tracking, and status updates.
Completes weekly/monthly market narrative of activities, projects in flight, and issues. Escalates issues to direct leader as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure Revenue Cycle operations are managed efficiently and effectively. Makes suggestions for process improvements and develops project plans with target milestone dates.
Participate in business development efforts to secure new projects from new and existing clients
Participation on Client Transition / Implementation Team to begin establishing relationship with client delivery and integration personnel, and generally assist and support implementation activities
Lead coordination efforts with Central Operations Excellence for Operations Improvement
Serve as lead coordinator to develop and gather operations content for Monthly Business Review working with operations senior leadership
Planning and Tracking including tracking and submission for outside 3rd party performance award presentation
Serves as RFP project support lead in coordination with Client Engagement the Commercial team
Ability to effectively communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences, identify root cause opportunities in prospect and Ensemble client revenue cycle performance results, and build out plans of action to not just address the root cause but also actively participate in resolving gaps in performance to ensure client performance.
At times, may be required to participate and lead activities of more than one assessment (internal and external) at the same time, while also focusing on training and education to help operators mitigate challenges of underperforming metrics.

Required
7 to 10 Years of Job Experience
5 to 10 Years of People Leadership Experience
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Detailed and practical knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes and workflows is required.
Must demonstrate ability to understand, calculate and apply key performance indicators (KPI’s) for all phases of the revenue cycle.
Strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external leaders.
High proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, and other presentation graphic skills.
Preferred
Graduate Degree (Masters) preferred.
Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and hospital/physician revenue cycle
Working knowledge of financial and HR platforms for analysis (Workday, Adaptive)
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills preferred
CSAF certification preferred
Travel up to 25% annually
