Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and opportunities to optimize revenue growth
Lead demand generation initiatives across multiple channels (e.g., paid media, email marketing, events, and SEO/SEM)
Partner with sales and revenue operations to ensure alignment on pipeline goals, reporting, and forecasting
Develop and execute campaigns tailored to engage high-value accounts, leveraging personalized outreach and content
Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
Drive increased revenue from existing client base through targeted, personalized campaigns to increase share of wallet and product adoption.

Required
10+ years of experience managing demand generation marketing campaigns
Understanding of customer personas, buyer’s journey, and decision-making processes in the B2B landscape
Developed marketing revenue/demand strategies from conception through execution
Experience in managing marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
Proven track record in revenue marketing, demand generation, and account based marketing
Experience in building and managing an effective MarTech stack
Strong knowledge of AdTech or related industries (e.g., digital advertising, programmatic, MarTech)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering presentations, crafting compelling messaging, and collaborating with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields
