Responsibilities

Drive improvements of our salesforce environment and ancillary tools for Revenue Operations

Oversee our RevOps tool strategy and in terms of administration, ROI, utilization..

Apply process simplification. documentation and improvement principles to examine business issues and drive proposals

Support Ivanti’s transformation goals through planning and execution

Work in close partnership with Revenue Operations, IT, Marketing, Order Management and Sales

Perform continuous monitoring of activities to identify areas for improvement and enhanced operational efficiency

Facilitate cross-functional councils to prioritize change management across our tools and processes.

Required

5+ years people management experience

10+ years of significant experience with a software or hi-tech company

A minimum of 5+ years advanced experience specifically with Salesforce and ancillary applications

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Skills, including experience advanced Excel Skills

An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills

Strong Cross-Functional leadership, Program & Project Management skills

Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with CRM and forecasting tools a plus

Experience with vendor and contractor management

Sales Operations or Sales Enablement Experience is a plus
