Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand client needs, objectives, and business challenges to provide tailored telecommunications solutions.
Regularly meet with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
Supports the regions in penetrating Commscope CCS products into the regional markets for their named accounts.
Participates in territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
Assesses market opportunities and develops business plans to meet revenue objectives.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within key accounts.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to communicate and implement the overall account strategy to the regional customer contacts and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
Align a channel strategy around the Key Account.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance account strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Track and report on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contract details in the CRM system.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience with 3 or more being at a director level.
Experience in Account Planning, Forecasting, Product Service/Solution
Ability to have influence over purchasing decisions while becoming a trusted advisor
